• Applicant’s full name
• Title of the accepted paper
• Nomination letter (1-page, PDF format) from the applicant’s advisor or from a professor certifying that the accepted paper is primarily the student’s work
Winners Selection
In the event of a high volume of applicants, a shortlist of finalists will be established based on the review process results. To remain eligible, applicants/finalists must attend the workshop and deliver a live presentation of their work. A dedicated jury panel will attend each student’s session and evaluate the overall quality of the presentation as well as the clarity in replying to questions from the audience. The final winners selection will be made taking into account both the live performance and the results of the review process, which considers technical excellence, originality, and the paper’s potential impact on the field.
